What does the free audit actually cover?
PPC, SEO, CRO and Measurement across your connected accounts (Google Ads, GA4, Search Console, Ahrefs/Semrush/Moz). You get a single dashboard of findings, each with a verb (pause / fix / scale / test), a £-impact and a recommended owner. Takes about 30 minutes end-to-end.
Do I need to enter a card to run the audit?
No. £20 in wallet credit is added on signup — that's two free audits before any payment is required. We only ask for a card when you start a paid retainer or top up the wallet.
Is there a contract? Can I cancel any time?
No contracts, no minimum term. Audits are pay-as-you-go from the wallet. Retainers are month-to-month and you can cancel from the dashboard — pro-rated to the day, no exit call required.
What happens after I see the audit findings?
You decide. Three paths: (1) hand the action plan to your team or agency — every finding is exportable, (2) spin up a Reachh module to execute it (PPC, SEO, CRO, Measurement) at the listed retainer, (3) do nothing and re-run next month to track drift. What access do you need to my Google account?
Read-only OAuth scopes on Google Ads, GA4, Search Console and Tag Manager. We never push edits, change budgets, or modify your account. You can revoke access from your Google security settings in one click — and we delete the connected data within 30 days.
Who actually does the work on a retainer?
